1. Shipping Coverage

At present, Watch Cart ships exclusively within India.
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working toward expanding our delivery network to serve our customers worldwide in the near future.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We take great care to ensure every product is securely packaged to maintain its pristine condition during transit.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can easily track its progress using one of the following methods:

  • Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Log in to your Watch Cart account and view your Order History for live tracking updates.

Our trusted logistics partners include leading courier services to ensure your timepiece reaches you securely and on time.


5. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays.
  • A signature or OTP confirmation may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
  • If no one is available at the provided address at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make another attempt or contact you directly to arrange re-delivery.

Note: Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or you receive the wrong item, please record an unboxing video and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
This video is mandatory for initiating any return, replacement, or refund process.
