Return & Refund Policy

While we take utmost care to deliver only authentic, high-quality products, we recognize that situations may arise where a return, exchange, or refund is required. To make this process as easy and transparent as possible, we’ve outlined our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your product meets any of the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The item you received differs from what you ordered.

To qualify for a return, the product must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including the watch box, brand tags, warranty cards, instruction manuals, and any other accessories included at the time of delivery.
  • The serial number on the product must remain intact and unaltered.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for initiating any return or exchange request.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, along with the product inside.
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Return Period

  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, we will be unable to process return or refund requests.
  • The product must reach our warehouse within 10 days of return approval.

We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service to avoid any delays or lost shipments.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our quality control team will verify the product’s condition.
After successful inspection:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

If your refund request is rejected due to missing accessories, damage, or failure to meet return conditions, the product will be shipped back to you.


4. Exchange Policy

In case you receive a damaged or defective watch, you may choose to exchange it instead of requesting a refund.

  • Once we verify the issue through your unboxing video and inspection, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same model is unavailable, you may choose an alternate item or request a refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Gift cards or store vouchers.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items.
  • Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.
  • Products returned without the original box, warranty card, or accessories.

6. Additional Options

  • Store Credit:
    If preferred, we can issue your refund as store credit instead of processing it back to your payment method. Store credits can be used for future purchases at Watch Cart and do not expire.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. These include:
    • Products returned with minor missing accessories or documentation.
    • Items not in their original condition due to handling.

All partial refunds are issued at Watch Cart’s discretion after product evaluation.


7. Policy Updates

Watch Cart reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be mentioned at the top of the policy. We encourage you to review our return policy periodically to stay informed.
